Rasik H. GondaliyaFounder & Chairman
At the helm of Alpa Infrastructure is Mr. Rasik H. Gondaliya, the Founder and Chairman. With his detail-oriented, hands-on approach, he founded the company in 1982. He has been at the forefront of the company, overlooking every minute aspect of its operations.
As an expert in pavement maintenance and allied services, Mr. Rasik strengthens the company from within to deliver projects before the deadlines. He is a strategy-led leader with an in-depth understanding of projects, excellent problem-solving skills, and a sense of engineering principles. He constantly evaluates and implements new technologies to maximize efficiency; while his business approach helps him manage diverse, multi- disciplinary projects smoothly.
He is a member of the Gujarat Contractor Association and Assocham’s National Council on Roads and Highways.
Nikunj R. GondaliyaManaging Director
Mr. Nikunj is a dynamic leader with high integrity and commitment to his work. An expert in engineering, he plays a key role in technology procurement and fleet enhancement. His excellent communication and entrepreneurial skills make him lead the business development at the firm.
With quick analysis, he enables focussed strategy development to help the company grow their business. His keen interest in managing finances has helped the company raise funds.
His soft-spoken attitude and humble nature let Mr. Nikunj build long-lasting relationships with our esteemed clientele. He is a member of Institute of Mechanical Engineers IMECHe, UK and Young Committee, Gujarat Contractor Association.
Yusuf KhanDirector (Technical & Business Development)
Mr. Yusuf Khan brings over 35 years of expertise in Civil Engineering Construction, specializing in Roads & Bridges, Railways, Ports, Metros, Power Transmission, and Non-Conventional Energy. He has led projects in roads, residential, commercial, and public buildings, as well as Marine Infrastructure and Oil & Gas Refineries. With roles as Quality & Materials Head and Project Head, he ensures excellence in project execution. Renowned for his technical prowess and commitment to quality, Mr. Khan excels in providing bespoke solutions. His work with WB, ADB, and JICA follows FIDIC and IGS standards, and as Head of EHS, he has enhanced system implementation and value culture.
At Alpa Infrastructure, Mr. Khan drives technical innovation and business growth, leveraging his vast experience to deliver outstanding results. His leadership is pivotal in shaping the company’s strategic direction and ensuring project success.
Chetan D. GondaliyaDirector
Mr. Chetan is instrumental in delivering projects of world-class quality. With excellent project management skills coupled with technical know-how, he can manage technology procurement with accuracy. He readily adopts the most advanced technologies to solve critical P&M challenges.
His practical approach comes in handy while developing smooth and hassle-free supply chains. Mr. Chetan also oversees general administration and taxation at Alpa Infrastructure.
He possesses functional expertise in the financial domain and ensures optimal utilization of resources to maximise performance for the clients.
